What started out as a side story that needed more attention, has now bloomed into an international scandal of monumental proportions that has TRILLIONS of dollars and WORLD GOVERNMENT at stake, with fallout continuing on a daily basis.

According to this article, Prof Plimer, who is the author of Heaven and Earth: Global Warming, The Missing Science, told a London audience just days before world leaders gather together to sign an agreement at Copenhagen that has the word ‘government’ in it several times, that Governments were treating people like “fools” and using ‘climate change’ to increase taxes.

He contends that carbon dioxide has not had any impact on temperature, and that recent warming was only a part of the natural cycle of climate stretching over ­billions of years. His comments come as news of hacked emails from the world-leading research unit at the University of East Anglia show a pattern of deception which appears to show that scientists had been manipulating the data to fool the public into thinking their ideology that global warming was taking place was a fact.

And the fact that the Climate Research Unit has also admitted dumping much of its raw climate data, means that other scientists cannot even check the subsequent research.

“Carbon dioxide levels have been up to 1,000 times higher in the past,” Plimer explained. “CO2 cannot be driving global warming now. In the past we have had rapid and significant climate change with temperature changes greater than anything we are measuring today. They are driven by processes that have been going on since the beginning of time.”

And as far as brushing those emails off, Plimer says that “If you have to argue your science by using fraud, your science is not valid.”

“The climate comrades are trying to keep the gravy train going. Governments are also keen on putting their hands as deep as possible into our pockets.

“The average person has been talked down to. He has been treated like a fool. Yet the average person has common sense.”

Plimer cited periods of warming during the Roman Empire Middle Ages, and cooler periods such as the Dark Ages and the Little Ice Age from 1300 to 1850.

“There clearly are natural variations,” Primer further explained. “But the only way we can explain these trends is when we include both man-made and natural changes to the climate.”

“We have also seen declines in summer sea ice over the past 30 years, glaciers retreating for 150 years, changing rainfall patterns and increases in subsurface and surface ocean temperatures,” Plimer said.

 But don’t tell all this provable science to White House Press Secretary Rober Gibbs, who says that “on the order of several thousand scientists have come to the conclusion that climate change is happening.” Gibbs said that “quite frankly, among most people” the issue wasn’t even “in dispute anymore.”

But according to this story, WND White House correspondent Les Kinsolving brought up the Petition Project, which was launched about 10 years ago, and now lists over 31,000 scientists, including over 9,000 with doctorates, who subscribe to the following statement:

“There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.”

“Are you aware of a list, the published list of 31,000 scientists who oppose this idea of global warming?” Kinsolving asked.

“I don’t doubt that there’s such a list, Lester. I think there’s no real scientific basis for the dispute of this,” Gibbs said.

Yea, and I don’t dispute that your so-called ’science’ is based upon evidence THAT NO LONGER EXISTS to reconstruct to MAKE SURE it is reliable, provable, peer-reviewed science.

Which is what the President said in March that we should expect from the scientific community.

“Promoting science isn’t just about providing resources — it’s also about protecting free and open inquiry,” he said during the signing ceremony. “It’s about letting scientists like those who are here today do their jobs, free from manipulation or coercion, and listening to what they tell us, even when it’s inconvenient - especially when it’s inconvenient. It is about ensuring that scientific data is never distorted or concealed to serve a political agenda — and that we make scientific decisions based on facts, not ideology.”

Gee, it would be nice if the Obama Administration actually applied their own propaganda to themselves for a CHANGE.

Does anyone remember Watergate’s beginning news coverage? It wasn’t really a news story till months later. But this is NOT the case with Climategate, since this story grows hotter by the day, as more and more information is gathered together to form a picture of key ‘global warming’ scientists concerned more with money and their own ideology, rather than with actual scientific fact, and the protocol that is essential to maintain scientific integrity.

As the administration at infowars.dk points out, “The reason why even the Guardian’s George Monbiot has expressed total shock and dismay at the picture revealed by the documents is that their authors are not just any old bunch of academics. Their importance cannot be overestimated, What we are looking at here is the small group of scientists who have for years been more influential in driving the worldwide alarm over global warming than any others, not least through the role they play at the heart of the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).”

And just what is it that the IPCC wants Americans and the world to do to stop the nonsense of man-made ’global warming?’

According to this article, “We require an Environmental Bretton Woods for the 21st Century,” says Mark Halle, the Europe-based director of trade and investment for the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), which originated in Canada and gets subsidies from the government, and now operates in some 30 countries. His ideas put together at a small Swiss meeting of experts also appear in the new strategic plan for UNEP. Bretton Woods is a reference to the meeting that laid the foundations of Western international finance and economic regulation after World War II.

“The linkages between environmental sustainability and the economy will emerge as a key focus for public policymaking and a determinant of future markets opportunities,” this according to UNEP’s new medium-term strategy, “Environment for Development,” covering the period from 2010 to 2013. 

So we see that they are trying to link just about everything  possible to ‘global warming’ through the U.N. so that they can gain more money and power, while we get poorer and lose more of our Constitutional protections.

And they want your money so badly, they are even willing to reach “beyond the national environmental ministries that traditionally are the organization’s financial base,” to “efforts at local, national and global levels to engage with Governments and the private sector to achieve the necessary additional investment and financial flows.” My guess is President Obama will reach into your pocket or purse to get them their money for them. The scandal deepened on Sunday when the Sunday Times of London said that scientists at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit in the United Kingdom confessed to throwing out most of the raw temperature data on which the theory of global warming is actually founded upon.

“They are making scientific progress more difficult now,” said Willie Soon, a physicist, astronomer and climate researcher at the solar and stellar physics division of the Harvard University-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, in an interview with FoxNews.com. “This is a shameful, dark day for science.”

 

“The scientific process has become so appallingly corrupted,” said James M. Taylor, a senior fellow in environment policy at The Heartland Institute, to FoxNews.com. 

“This closed-door conspiracy is harming everyone,” Soon said. “I thought I had seen it all. Now I have.”

 And according to the Fox News story, “A back story is also starting to emerge, depicting a rough world of suppression of dissenting opinion.”

 

Soon says that some scientists became such staunch advocates for their position that global warming was occurring, that they even went so far as to start to refuse to publish papers with contradictory viewpoints.

 

  

“I read a paper on increasing heat in the ocean and asked the scientist in France for the backup data,” Soon said. “She told me she did not distribute data to people who didn’t agree with her conclusions.”

  `Soon said that he was victimized by other “ugly” personal attacks from leading ‘global warming’ scientists when he simply raised questions. But why should scientists have to check the veracity of data? That would be scientific, wouldn’t it? I digress.

 

According to the story, Taylor said he received “e-mail stalking” and “people making thinly veiled threats to physically harm me and my family.” He added that his ‘global warming’ opponents at public forums have even refused to shake his hand or even acknowledge his presence.

  

“Seeing all of this controversy in the news is no different than dealing with them in person,” he said. “There’s a lot of personal ugliness.”

 But what about other scientific research that corroborates what the CRU data claimed? Emails show that leading scientists has doubts about whether global warming was continuing as theorized.

 

 

“The GISS (NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies) and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) reports suffer from the same reliability concerns as the CRU ground-based temperature reports,” Taylor says. “And, more importantly, are similarly staffed by outspoken global warming activists who are likely engaging in the same data rigging and data hiding as CRU.”

 

As Clive Crook at the Atlantic wrote, “Remember that this is not an academic exercise. We contemplate outlays of trillions of dollars to fix this supposed problem. Can I read these emails and feel that the scientists involved deserve to be trusted? No, I cannot. These people are willing to subvert the very methods–notably, peer review–that underwrite the integrity of their discipline. Is this really business as usual in science these days? If it is, we should demand higher standards–at least whenever “the science” calls for a wholesale transformation of the world economy.” Seems reasonable enough  to me.

 But although some think Climategate is a non-issue, the controversy is not dying down.

 

“It appears that, in an attempt to conceal the manipulation of climate data, information disclosure laws may have been violated,” said GOP Sen. James Inhofe (OK), the ranking member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, who also wants an investigation into the content of the e-mails.

 

“I certainly don’t condone the manner in which these emails were released; however, now that they are in the public domain, lawmakers have an obligation to determine the extent to which the so-called ‘consensus’ of global warming, formed with billions of taxpayer dollars, was contrived in the biased minds of the world’s leading climate scientists,” Inhofe said in a statement last week, according to this article.

 

 

“If they ever hear there is a Freedom of Information Act now in the U.K., I think I’ll delete the file rather than send to anyone.” went one of the email written by Phil Jones, director of the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (CRU).

 Another email suggested that scientists use a “trick” to “hide the decline” concerning the earth’s temperatures.

 

 

Also, according to this article, on Monday Pennsylvania State University announced that it was launching an investigation into the academic conduct of Michael Mann, the school’s Director of the Earth System Science Center. And on Tuesday, Phil Jones, the director of the Climatic Research Unit at Britain’s University of East Anglia, announced that he would step aside as director while his university conducts an investigation. And according to the article, “Dozens of researchers at other institutions could soon face similar investigations.”

So much for ANOTHER trick by the Left to fool the American People into giving their hard-earned money for some wild goose chase, sky-is-falling mantra – this time about ‘global warming.’ By all accounts, Al Gore may need to get into therapy and/or give back all the money he bamboozled Americans into giving him to scare the feces out of them about the temperatures of the Earth rising, thanks to a hacker who finally tore an unmitigable gaping hole into their ‘hockey puck’ schemes of deception by taking 100’s emails key global warming fanatics had written to each other.

I remember when Democrats angrily scolded ANYONE who DARED QUESTION these hockey-puck phonies of science - even doing so at a hearing Republicans held in 2006 to look into the so-called ‘global warming’ “science.”

But like Glenn Beck says, “Question with BOLDNESS” those in authority against quantifiable fact and reliable, testable science, along with common sense.

Well, there’s a graph much used by the global warming false prophets which shows a sudden, sharp spike in world-wide temperatures, which they call “the hockey stick graph” for obvious reasons. Flat line, suddenly curving upwards, sorta looks like, well, you know.

But people started asking about some missing blips in the flat line, such as the Medieval Warm Period (AD 800 to 1400) and the Little Ice Age (1600 to 1850). So what do the fake scientists do? Philip Jones, boss of the UK CRU, writes approvingly in one email of the “trick” of filling in gaps in the data to reverse what otherwise looks suspiciously like a decline in temperatures:

“I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie, from 1981 onwards) and from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline.” (“Mike” is Michael Mann, director of Penn State University’s Earth System Science Center; “Keith” is Keith Briffa of the CRU.)

So they were HIDING the decline! Hey, I wonder if they falsified any records? But I digress.

One of Jones’ other emails reads: “I can’t see either of these papers being in the next IPCC report. Kevin and I will keep them out somehow – even if we have to redefine what the peer-review literature is!“

So we see them CENSORING IMPORTANT INFORMATION to fit their agenda, instead of allowing the public to realize they were FRAUDS ALL ALONG!

How about this one? After a 2003 paper questioning the extent of warming in the 20^th century was published in the journal Climate Research, Dr. Michael Mann, who is director of Penn State’s Earth System Science Center, sent emails to his colleagues to boycott the publication.

“I think we have to stop considering ‘Climate Research’ as a legitimate peer-reviewed journal (doesn’t this remind you of Obama and Fox News?). Perhaps we should encourage our colleagues in the climate research community to no longer submit to, or cite papers in, this journal“ 

“I will be emailing the journal to tell them I’m having nothing more to do with it until they rid themselves of this troublesome editor.”

In fact, these ClimateGate revelations have soundly discredited much of the global warming scientific community to the point where whatever these global warming proponents say from now on simply cannot be trusted. Al Gore, will you please SHUT UP? Thanks.

It seems quite clear these scientists are willing, able and bent upon manipulating data to make their “science” fit their beliefs. They seem interested in forwarding their theories of climate change using any means necessary – including scientific trickery, deceit, pressure tactics, blacklisting, censorship, and data manipulation.

Meanwhile, GOP Senator James Inhofe (R-OK) announced he would probe whether the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) “cooked the science to make this thing look as if the science was settled, when all the time of course we knew it was not.”

It was Inhofe who warned us all way back in 2005 about the false prophets of ‘global warming.’

“Today, I will discuss something else – scientific integrity and how to improve it. Specifically, I will discuss the systematic and documented abuse of the scientific process by an international body that claims it provides the most complete and objective scientific assessment in the world on the subject of climate change – the United Nations-sponsored Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC. I will conclude with a series of recommendations as to the minimum changes the IPCC must make if it is to restore its credibility.”

The Left didn’t listen, and Al Gore and others ridiculed scientists and others who spoke a word of dissent or scepticism about their ’science.’ But they may want to listen now.

“[T]his thing is serious, you think about the literally millions of dollars that have been thrown away on some of this stuff that they came out with,” Inhofe, the ranking member of the Environment and Public Works Committee, said during an interview with the Washington Post on November 23, 2009. 

He added that it was “interesting” that the emails surfaced only weeks before world leaders meet at an important climate change summit in Copenhagen.

“The timing couldn’t be better,” said Inhofe, who previously announced he would attend the December summit as a ‘one-man truth squad.’ ”Whoever is on the ball in Great Britain, their time was good.”

According to this article, one email exchange had a scientist actually write of using a statistical “trick” in a chart illustrating a recent sharp warming trend. In another, a global warming fanatic scientist refers to climate skeptics as “idiots.”

“This is not a smoking gun; this is a mushroom cloud,” said Patrick J. Michaels, a climatologist who has long questioned global warming “evidence,” and who is criticized in the documents.

In several e-mail exchanges, Kevin Trenberth, who is a climatologist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, and other scientists discuss frustrations about gaps in understanding of recent variations in temperature. “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t,” Dr. Trenberth wrote.

Another email from Trenberth said, “This means we can’t fully comprehend or understand exactly what is going on. We know that it cooled in 2008 but we are not 100 per cent sure why….”

Fresh new polls out by Rasmussen Reports shows that although 26% of American voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President, 41% STRONGLY DISAPPROVE of Obama, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -15. And this is the second straight day at -15, which is Obama’s lowest Approval Index rating yet. And for the first time in the Obama era, the Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Approval Index has been in negative double-digit territory for nine straight days.

But that may be the good news for Leftists, Democrats and RINO Republicans. According to Rasmussen, there is a massive divide of 74% of African-Americans Strongly Approving of Obama, with only a tiny 19% of white voters agreeing. When, oh, when will Black Americans see that they left the plantation for the Democrat’s Jim Crow and KKK wayward ways, only to be given the right to vote in the Sought in exchange for government handouts that have RUINED YOUR FAMILIES, neighborhoods, schools, murdered your offspring, and basically have withheld the Great American Dream from you yet again? Just a question.

On the economy,  just 34% now give the President good or excellent marks, while thirteen percent more (47%) say he is doing a poor job. Overall, 46% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President’s performance, while 54% disapprove, and 97% of African-American voters approve of Obama, while 61% of white voters disapprove. Wow! They never even lowered the glass of Kool-Aid yet, have they?

This all comes as the GOP has tied it’s highest number of adherents to Dem counterparts in the Generic Congressional Ballot at 44% versus 37%. And voters not affiliated with either party continue to STRONGLY FAVOR Republicans over Democrats by a whopping twenty-four percentage points, 44% to 20%.

But wait! There’s more bad news for those Wealth Redistributors in Washington District of Corruption, where Marxism, Socialism, Radicalism, and insane debt spending run rampant in our nations’ Capitol. While Nancy Pelosi and other Wealth Redistributors are busy trying to saddle our grandchildren with even more Public Debt, only 21% believe that additional Stimulus Spending is best, and 62% believe tax cuts are a better way to create jobs and fight unemployment. A full 51% of Americans now say a better way to create jobs is to STOP ALL STIMULUS SPENDING NOW!

And as far as Obamacare is concerned, the American People are speaking LOUD AND CLEAR that WE DON’T WANT IT by a whopping 18%, with 56% OPPOSING, and only 38% in favor, the LOWEST LEVEL in nearly two dozen tracking polls conducted by Rasmussen since June. Prior to this, support never went below 41%.

Not only is Obama and the Democrats losing the battle to take over our capitalist nation through Obamacare Socialism, but only 21% strongly favor the plan, and 43% are strongly opposed.

But the bad news doesn’t stop there for Obamacare Socialism, since only 16% of Americans now think passage of the plan will actually lead to lower health care costs. Nearly four times as many (60%) think the Dem plan will increase health care costs, and 54% think passage of it will hurt the quality of care.

Americans are divided between Democrats, who favor Obamacare at 73%, and GOPers and unaffiliated voters, who DISAPPROVE at 83% and 70% respectively.

And for those that just love the idea of “free stuff” from the government such as an Obamacare Public Option, 63% of voters say guaranteeing that no one is forced to change their health insurance coverage is a higher priority than giving us a “public option” Government-Run Health Insurance Company. And a huge 83% say that proof of citizenship should be required before anyone can get health care assistance from a government program.

For those that think government has run the Post Office, Social Security, Medicare, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and a whole host of other bankrupt or near-bankrupt entities better than the Private Sector could, 47% trust the Private Sector more than government to keep health care costs down and the quality of care up, and two-thirds (66%) say an increase in Free Market Competition will do more than Government Regulation to actually reduce health care costs.

A full 53% of voters worry that the federal government will do too much regarding reacting to the America’s financial problems, which is up seven points since Obama took office.

“The most important fundamental is that 68% of American voters have health insurance coverage they rate good or excellent,” Scott Rasmussen, president of Rasmussen Reports, wrote in the Wall Street Journal. “Most of these voters approach the health care reform debate fearing that they have more to lose than to gain.”

Earlier polls show 48% nationwide favored the abortion ban, but just 13% of voters wanted abortion coverage mandated in the legislation, and only 31% believe Congress has a good understanding of the proposed health care reform.

Last month for the first time since Oct. 2007 voters rated government ethics and corruption as more important than the economy. But now 76% give it a second place standing, with 85% of voters considering the issue of the economy as very important, topping a list of 10 key electoral issues regularly tracked by Rasmussen. GOPers and voters that are not affiliated with either major political party put more emphasis on Government Ethics and Corruption than Democrats do. Health care is in third place with 66% of voters saying it is a very important issue, and Republicans are trusted more than Democrats are on the top three issues.

And did you know that Democrats are doing worse than Republicans are under President Obama and his Democratic cohorts in Congress as far as unemployment is concerned? Fifteen percent of Democrats are currently unemployed, versus just 9.9% of Republicans who are unemployed and looking for work.

As far as the country heading in the right direction is concerned, only 31% of voters agree, the LOWEST matched only two times this year, last time in early October.  Sixty-four percent believe we are HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. Breaking the numbers down, 57% of Democrats say the country is heading in the right direction, but only a tiny 9% of Republicans and 22% of voters not affiliated with either party feel the same way. A solid 89% of Republican and 72% unaffiliated voters believe the country is HEADING DOWN THE WRONG TRACK.

Pelosi wants the government to spend more despite the FACT that the Stimulus Bill has turned out to be a TOTAL FAILURE AND ‘JOKE‘ ACCORDING TO WHITE HOUSE propaganda estimates that unemployment wouldn’t go above 8 percent. But those were ‘the good ol’ days – BEFORE double-digit unemployment of 10.2% that is currently projected to soar towards a scary and possible volatile 15 percent.

The Democrats’ idea of spending your hard-earned tax dollars is to give it to ACORN, SEIU, and a whole host of other Democrat Special Interests groups, entities and projects, while maintaining no real accountability as far as how many jobs were created, or even a tracking method to determine if congressional districts are real or not.

One thing seems to me to be certain: The Democrats’ Porkulus Payback Package was good for creating MORE corruption, waste, fraud and abuse of taxpayer’s money. But maybe Nancy Pelosi through her twisted logic thinks that if we just spend more money through government ‘jobs bills,’ we will finally dig down deep enough to finally touch CHINA directly (this is a joke).

“We have to shed any weakness that anybody may have about not wanting to be confrontational on this subject for fear that we’d be labeled not sensitive to the deficit,” Pelosi said, in a recording purportedly posted by Think Progress according to this website.

I can’t describe the total seething anger at the Speaker’s unimaginable mindset that government is the answer to our problems, when just the OPPOSITE is true: government CAUSED the economic meltdown by not reigning in Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, and allowing the enabling monetary policies thereof by Fed Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan. Even though Bush and Republicans tried to reform the twin behemoths, the Democrats cried racism and used class warfare tactics to shut down opposition to reform. And this was all started by passage of the Community Reinvestment Act that lowered borrowing standards across America.

Now we have the top ACORN guy in the W.H., and a Democratic lap-dog Congress now in power on Capitol Hill that not only has a love affair with ACORN, but also with it’s companion group, SEIU. This recipe has led to record spending, record deficits, record amounts of money spent by government to lose private sector jobs, auto bailouts, more ACORN corruption, and a whole host of other domestic and military problems.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney came out swinging again against an Administration that seems bent upon doing exactly what the American people do NOT want them to do. In an interview with radio talk host Scott Hennen on Monday, Cheney called it a “big mistake” for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other alleged 9/11 conspirators to be tried in a civilian court just blocks away from where the World Trade Center once stood, instead of a military tribunal.

“We had 3,000 dead Americans that day. That is not a law enforcement problem. That’s an act of war. And you need to treat it as an act of war,” Cheney said.

And what does Cheney think of the trial?

“I can’t for the life of me figure out what Holder’s intent [is] here, in terms of having Khalid Sheikh Mohammed tried in a civilian court, other than to, to have some kind of show trial here,” Cheney told his host.”They’ll (9/11 conspirators) simply use it as a platform to argue their case.”

Mr. Cheney also doesn’t like the fact that Obama is taking so long on figuring out what kind of strategy he wants for our troops to WIN in Afghanistan.

“The delay is not cost-free,” he said. “Every day that goes by raises doubts in the minds of our friends in the region about what you’re going to do. Raises doubts in the minds of the troops — I worry that the delay and that time that it’s taken to come to the decision will be very costly.”

Remember that it was Obama who picked Holder, who pushed hard for the pardon of the FALN terrorists under former President Clinton, to be his Attorney General. And it was Holder and other Leftists, according to THIS article, that threw up HUNDREDS OF ROADBLOCKS to make SURE these murderers didn’t get tried in a military court.

As former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy points out, “The principal reason there were so few military trials is the tireless campaign conducted by leftist lawyers (including Holder) to derail military tribunals by challenging them in the courts.”

Holder said that “after eight years of delay those allegedly responsible for the attacks of September 11 will finally face justice.” He said it is “past time to finally act.”

But at last the Bush Administration had finally cleared away all the attempts by Holder’s Leftist delaying tactics, and the government initiated Khalid Sheikh Mohammed’s military trial in Guantanamo in September 2008. And in December, KSM pleaded guilty and asked to be executed.

But Holder STOPPED THAT PROCEEDING. And now the terrorists could be found NOT GUILTY – even though President Obama has PUBLICALLY already condemned them to die BEFORE the trial even has a chance to begin.  Holder said his action is “most likely to lead to a positive result.”

But according to THIS article, Geraldine Davie has already seen one 9/11 co-conspirator tried in the United States, and that is enough for her. “I went to the Moussaoui trial every day,” said Davie, who went to see the “20th hijacker,” Zacarias Moussaoui, in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia. “That was a travesty.”

“This fellow [Moussaoui], you know what he would do? He would wait until the judge left the courtroom, and the jury left, and then he would spew this terrible anger,” she said. “Hateful, hateful stuff. .  .  . We’re gonna have that in New York? For years?”

The “Cloward-Piven Strategy” was first proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven to hasten the fall of capitalism by OVERLOADING THE GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACY with a gushing flood of impossible demands, thus pushing a society into crisis and eventual economic collapse.

Said to be inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles, Cloward and Piven published an article entitled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation.

In 1970 Cloward told The New York Times that ACTIVISTS SHOULD WORK TO SABOTAGE AND DESTROY THE WELFARE SYSTEM. They said the collapse of the welfare state would ignite a political and financial crisis that would cause poor people would rise in revolt.

Early promoters cited RADICAL ORGANIZER Saul Alinsky as their inspiration, and to which the NEA now wants people to read per their web site.

“Make the enemy live up to their (sic) own book of rules,” Alinsky wrote in his 1972 book Rules for Radicals. The theory is that when pressed to honor every word of every law and statute, every Judeo-Christian moral tenet, and every implicit promise of government and society, it wouldn’t succeed, thus a socialist society could be formed replacing our current Entrereneurial Capitalist System.

Now fast forward to our current economic boondoggle of the $787 billion Porkulus Payback Package, the bank bailouts, the auto takeovers, the bankrupt states, municipalities, cities, counties, U.S. citizenry, the U.S. Post Office, and the soon-to-be-bankrupt Social Security and Medicare, the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (see Democrats – especially Chris Dodd and Barney Frank) ongoing fiasco, and now on to of that Obama and the Democrats want Obamacare, Cap-and-Trade, higher taxes, global redistribution of wealth, Card Check, etc. The ONLY CONCLUSION that I can reach is that we are on an UNSUSTAINABLE PATH that will SOON lead to economic and social CATASTROPHE.

But don’t take my words for the U.S. nearing economic sustainability. Let’s look at the federal government and the Obama Administration for guidelines.

President Obama said that if the U.S. didn’t pass his $787 billion Stimulus Bill,”this recession might linger for years. Unemployment will approach double digits. Our nation will sink deeper into a crisis that, at some point, we may not be able to reverse.”

Mr. President, our nation is NOW sinking into an economic crisis BECAUSE of your intervention!

Here is what President Obama said recently: “If we KEEP ON ADDING TO THE DEBT, even in the midst of this recovery, that AT SOME POINT people could lose confidence in the U.S. economy that could actually LEAD TO A DOUBLE-DIP RECESSION.”

“…fiscal policy is on an UNSUSTAINABLE PATH to an extent that CANNOT BE SOLVED by MINOR TINKERING,” wrote Congressional Budget Office Director Douglass Elmendorf on the Director’s Blog. “The country faces a FUNDAMENTAL DISCONNECT between the SERVICES the people expect the GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE.”

And finally, The Day Global Warming Stood Still:  As scientists confirm the earth has not warmed at all in the past decade, Oklahoma Sen. James Inhofe, the leading Republican on the Environment and Public Works Committee, declared victory over Radical California Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., and the triumph of provable, scientific, observable fact over hyped-up, made up socialist-loving junk science based upon false hockey sticks and ’Algorian-based science’ algorithms.

“I proudly declare 2009 as the ‘Year of the Skeptic,’ the year in which scientists who question the so-called global warming consensus are being heard,” Inhofe said to ACORN-loving Boxer in a Senate speech. “Until this year, any scientist, reporter or politician who dared raise even the slightest suspicion about the science behind global warming was dismissed and repeatedly mocked.”Inhofe added: “Today I have been vindicated.”

And the Ada (Oklahoma) Evening News quotes Inhofe as saying: “So when Barbara Boxer, John Kerry and all the left get up there and say, ‘Yes. We’re going to pass a global warming bill,’ I will be able to stand up and say, ‘No, it’s over. Get a life. You lost. I won,’” Inhofe said.

George Bush was said to have “fuzzy math” by Democrats during his Administration. But even George didn’t lie and have to make up entire Congressional Districts in order to try and fool the American People into believing what I think most people now seem to consider a big, EXPENSIVE and CORRUPT joke! And that is the so-called Stimulus Bill passed by Nancy Pelosi’s ACORN-led Democratically controlled House and Senate, and signed into law by the Campaigner-in-Chief, Barack Obama.

Recovery.gov is the Obama administration’s web site designed to track the money they received from us tax payers and dispersed through the $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The big problem is that the people who operate the web site apparently have no clue as to how our system of government appropriates congressional districts, where they are located, or even how many there are (there are 435 Congressional Districts).

According to an analysis reported by Watchdog.org, a division of the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity, although Recovery.gov said the 86^th congressional district of Rhode Island received $10.2 million in federal economic stimulus funds to save 57.9 jobs, Rhode Island has just two congressional districts, not 86.

And according to Recovery.gov., in neighboring Connecticut, the state’s 42^nd congressional district did not receive any stimulus money, but 25 jobs were still ’saved’ or created.

Consider that while New Mexico only has three Representatives in the U.S. House, Recovery.gov shows money going to a total of 13 different Congressional Districts. An example includes the “00 congressional district,” which got $731,370, and a “40^th congressional district,” which got $7.9 million of tax payer money.

Then there is the $2.1 million that Recovery.gov says went to ’save’ or create 30 jobs in the “99^th congressional district” of North Dakota. The problem is that North Dakota is one of the country’s most sparsely populated states with just one U.S. House seat. According to Recovery.gov, North Dakota had a total of 14 congressional districts. BTW, did anyone bother to check to see if 99 fits into fourteen? Just a question.

The state of Kentucky with just six congressional districts apparently received $15,000 for its “90^th congressional district” and $274,000 for its “30^th congressional district.” 

Also, $1.19 million went to save or create six jobs in the “99^th congressional district” of Alaska, which has only one at-large congressional district. Recovery.org lists a total of 15 congressional districts. Again, didn’t someone notice 99 cannot fit into fifteen?
 
And then there’s Iowa’s non-existent “24^th congressional district” that got two jobs for $113,000, Maine’s non-existent 92^nd district getting a grand total of ZERO JOBS for $28,000, South Dakota’s non-existent 46^th congressional district which got only TWO JOBS for $603,000, Utah’s non-existent 68^th district which got NO JOBS for $29,180, and Vermont’s non-existent-5^th district, which got 2.5 jobs for $1.9 million in tax payer money.

And according to this site, The Greenville News in South Carolina found that the 8,139 Job number ’saved’ or created was a bogus number, and that “The State Commerce Department puts the number at 3,497 jobs - less than half of what’s being touted. And more than half of those were in a summer youth employment program.”

 According to this web site, recovery.org lists 30 jobs in Arizona’s 15^th district that were either ’saved’ or created with $761,420 in stimulus funds, but only eight districts exist. Other phantom districts Recovery.gov lists are 00, 52, 9, 18, 11 and 38 as also benefiting from stimulus funds.

According to this web site, Jim Scarantino, a reporter for Watchdog.org in Albuquerque, N.M., was actually checking out the purported number of jobs ’saved’ or created in his state.
 
“We’re a tiny state, so we only have enough room for three congressmen, so right away I knew I had something,” Scarantino told CNSNews.com. “I notified all my Watchdog counterparts around the country to the story. They did the same thing in their states and it took off.”

“There is no way to know from where we sit, as citizens, whether that money evaporated, whether it doesn’t exist, whether it fell through the cracks or whether it’s a data entry error,” Scarantino said.

Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R-MI) said in a Nov. 17 statement: “Even Democrats are outraged that the administration continues to present false numbers to the American people. The president and vice president continue to stress that they are creating jobs. And now we know why; Because they are working with inaccurate information.”

Rep.Dave Obey (D-WI) said the inaccuracies on recovery.gov are “stupid mistakes” that undermine the government’s credibility.

Wisconsin has several phantom districts listed on Recovery.gov including the 55th, 14th, 9th, 00, 10th and 39th. “When you put our information that turns out ot be inaccurate, you shouldn’t be surprised if the public says, ‘Hey, do they know what they’re doing?’” Obey said.

Others spoke out against Recovery.gov and it’s fuzzy math, too.

“I think they probably ought ot FIRE SOME PEOPLE that are responsible for reporting on the impact of the stimulus program,” said Rep. Mark Kirk (R-IL). “And they (the Obama Administration) ought to have a PEER-REVIEWED, INDEPENDENT accounting firm do all the reporting for them.”

“Now they’ve started to make up congressional district,” chided Kirk. “and I’m looking forward to meeting the congressman or woman from the 86th district of Arizona.”

“The federal government said that $5 million stimulus money was spent on the North Chicago Public School District creating 473 jobs,” said Steve Hayes, a Fox News Contributor on ‘Special Report.’ “The problem was there are only 293 jobs there right now in existence. They asked the superintendent of schools, ‘How did this happen?’ She said, ‘I don’t even know where the number comes from.’ What this gets to is the CREDIBILITY of the reporting, and the CREDIBILITY OF THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION.”

“This is expansion of government,” explained Fox News Contributor (FNC) Nina Eason. “It’s not boosting Private Sector jobs. In fact,  HALF OF THE JOBS BEING SAVED are educators…and when you go talk to some of these school districts, they’re saying, ‘Well, we wouldn’t have laid off these educators anyway. So that does back to the question of whether these numbers were accurate in the first place.”

“This whole discussion has had an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ quality from the very beginning,” explained FNC Charles Krauthammer. “You CAN’T MEASURE ‘SAVED’ JOBS. Arguing over the precision and imprecision of the numbers, which are FICTIONAL AT BEST, is like arguing that there aren’t twelve angels on the head of a pin, there are only ten; one of them is a leprechaun, and the other flew away on Wednesday.”

“It was farcical at the beginning (Obamamath counting ’saved’ jobs), and it’s farcical now.” said Hayes.

“The Administrations’ already been satirized by ‘Saturday Night Live’ as ‘do nothing,’ is now going to be seen as the Administration that CANNOT DO ‘NOTHING’ COMPETENTLY,” explained Krauthammer.

According to this web site, in an Appropriations Committee statement Obey says, “The inaccuracies on recovery.gov that have come to light are outrageous and the Administration owes itself, the Congress, and every American a commitment to work night and day to correct the ludicrous mistakes.”

Do you recall when President Obama’s friend was arrested and Obama decided to convict the officers of wrongfully arresting the man? Obama told us before all the evidence was in that the officers were wrong and his friend was right.

Now that new information is being revealed that shows the federal government has seemingly totally missed an opportunity to stop another terrorist attack on U.S. soil, Obama doesn’t want anyone to jump to premature conclusions.

In a video and Internet address released by the W. H. on Saturday, Obama urged Congress - which is the People’s House - to hold off on any investigation of the Fort Hood attack until federal law enforcement and military authorities have completed their investigations into the shootings. Obama told lawmakers to “resist the temptation to turn this tragic event into the political theater.”  

Finding out about facts that the Obama Administration doesn’t like to hear before the 2010 elections seems to me to be the overriding reason why Obama doesn’t want Congress, therefore The American People, to shine the light of Truth on the Political Correctness that seems to permeate on U.S. military bases and our intelligence apparatus.

But Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT), chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, said he will proceed with his committee’s investigation into the shooting.

“We saw nothing in the president’s transcript from Saturday that asked Congress to hold back,” an aide said speaking on condition of anonymity, according to Fox News.

“We very much agree with President Obama’s sentiments that the full story behind the murderous act at Fort Hood must be told,” Lieberman and Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), the ranking Republican on the committee, said in a joint statement over the weekend. “Our goal, and the purpose of this inquiry, is to make as certain as possible that no such attack ever occurs again on an American military base. We will focus on national and homeland security and will not compromise the criminal case being conducted by law enforcement.”

Others see recent information concerning Hasan’s al-Qaeda communications as troubling for the Adminstration and the U.S. intelligence community.

“I think the Administration, the government, the FBI, has an awful lot to answer for, frankly, and I think the Washington Post story just emphasises what already has been coming out about the not so benign contact between Hasan and a LEADING AL-QAEDA CLERIC – a LEADING AL-QAEDA RECRUITER - who was jailed in Yemen, at the request of our government,” said Bill Kristol, Fox News Political Analyst. “This is not just one guy acting alone…snapping. This is a guy whose in touch with a leading al-Qaeda cleric. Our government didn’t pick out on it.”

“For eight years the Left-Wing Legal Brigade FOUGHT TO STOP the Military Commissions from going on,” complained a former Bush speech writer who now works at National Review Online. “They fought it up to the Supreme Court. It was only until mid 2008 that the Military Commissions were allowed to proceed.”

“Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, when his Military Commission was authorized, he offered to PLEAD GUILTY and PROCEED TO EXECUTION.” continued the former Bush speech writer. “So Eric Holder has effectively REJECTED A GUILTY PLEA by KSM, and said to him, ‘No, Mr. Mohammad. We’re going to give you that format, that stage in New York…you wanted…”

“We finally started the Military Commission trials after they were cleared by the Courts, and guess what? Obama went in and SUSPENDED THEM,” said the former Bush official. “If he had not done that, then KSM RIGHT NOW would be waiting for execution, instead of starting the whole process over again in Civilian Court, where he’s going to have a stage for the world that he wanted.”

In other news, looks to me like Obama just wants to move GITMO to U.S. soil IRREGARDLESS of the consequences that may occur because of his decision.

Rep. Mark Kirk, a Republican running for Obama’s old Senate seat, circulated a letter among elected officials asking them to write to Obama opposing the plan. 

“At best, these people will also be able to convert other prisoners to the cause of Jihad against America,” he told Fox News. “At worst, the anger and attention that is brought to the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois would make us a target.”

“GITMO is NOT being closed,” said Rep. Don Manzullo (R-IL). “It’s being MOVED to Northwest Illinois. And terrorism threats to GITMO, and the people who’ll become terrorists because of GITMO – that hatred and animosity will also transfer to Northwest Illinois, thereby making this area of the country, and the entire country, a MAGNET FOR TERRORISM.”

“We’re NOT IN THE BUSINESS of giving Constitutional Right to terrorists,” Manzullo said. “That’s the reason that GITMO…was set up in the first place.”

“But instead of focusing attention on policies that will creat good Private Sector jobs with a future, they’re offering up prisons and calling this a dream come true,” explained Judy Biggert (R-IL). “And I’d like to say it’s more like YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE.”

Just when you thought Obama’s foreign policy was really bad, President Barack Obama comes out with a really frightening concept that will bring the al-Qaeda terrorists now stationed safely at Guantanamo, Cuba to New York to be tried under civilian law, which would give enemy combatants the very same Constitutional protections that a U.S. citizen would enjoy.

Criticism of the plan came swift and furious.

“This misguided decision is based on the false belief that the terrorists who killed 3,000 Americans in one day on U.S. soil are common criminals, not war criminals,” said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell  (R-Ky.). “But there are needless risks from this decision: classified information can be inadvertently leaked, as it was in the first World Trade Center trial; our cities will face enormous security problems; and our communities will be potential targets for attack.”

House Minority Leader Republican John Boehner said the administration’s “irresponsible decision. . . puts the interests of liberal special interest groups before the safety and security of the American people. The possibility that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-conspirators could be found ‘not guilty’ due to some legal technicality just blocks from Ground Zero should give every American pause.”

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. announced Friday that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other detainees alleged involved in the 9/11 terrorist attacks will be tried in Manhattan.

“I think this is a very dangerous decision, and an irresponsible one. And one that is absolutely unnecessary. Meaning, if Khalid Sheikh Mohammed couldn’t be tried anywhere else but in New York, then of course New York would handle it and do it,” Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said, blasting the Obama administration on Friday.

“New York is already a target for terrorists – we announce that every day and talk about it every day. To add something unnecessary to that makes no sense, and the president has made, I believe, an irresponsible decision,” Giuliani added.

And according to this article, Rep. Republican Peter King of New York, agreed with Giuliani, who said 9/11 “was an act of war. And one of the things I thought we learned from Sept. 11 was that we were in a state of denial before Sept. 11. We went through this once before – 1993. We had people, terrorists, attack the World Trade Center. We did not recognize it as an act of war. We tried them in the Southern District of New York. It did no good. We were attacked in Africa, we were attacked at those embassies in Africa, we were attacked on the USS Cole and then we had the worst attack in our history,” Giuliani continued.

“And I hoped and prayed from that day on it would be the last Islamic terrorist attack in our history. And it was not the last, because a week ago we had another Islamic terrorist attack on our soil,” said Giuliani, referring to the terrorist attack at Ford Hood, Texas.

“Why this administration has trouble figuring that out when the man yelled out ‘Allahu akbar’ when he was murdering people – as a former prosecutor I find frighteningly incompetent,” Giuliani said.

“It sends a signal to terrorists everywhere to attack civilians,” said David Horowitz, former Leftist Radical who was a founder of the New Left in the 1960’s. “The administration is justifying its decisions on the grounds that because the 9/11 attackers targeted civilians they should be tried as civilians. This makes no sense unless you are a Democrat who believes that the ‘holy war’ that Islamic Jihadists have formally declared on us is no different from the acts of isolated individuals who have decided to break the law.”

Horowitz said the decision by President Obama to send the 9/11 terrorist to New York “may be the worst decision by a U.S. president in history.”

In other news, Black Conservatives are speaking out against the socialistic and liberal policies of Barack Obama, Democrats and wayward RINO Republicans.

“We have a President in the White House pushing PLANTATION POLITICS,” said Deneed Borelli, a Project 21 Fellow, on Fox News’ ‘Glenn Beck’ show. “He’s pushing for cap and trade for example, which is a TAX ON ENERGY…he said ‘energy prices will SKYROCKET through my cap and trade plan.’ Now, how is that helping anyone? How is that helping the economy?”

“The only way Black People were…ever able to triumph is because of Conservative Values, which is DIRECTLY LINKED TO CHRISTIANITY,” said Lisa Kritsch, a radio talk show host, on the all-black Beck show. “Had we been liberals during the Civil Rights Movement, nobody would have done anything.”

“I’m a Community Organizer in Harlem, and I’m actually from Motown Detroit,” said Brandon Brice, a Republican Strategist. “We’ve got to…talk about this issue with average African-Americans…we have to break down what cap and trade means…they don’t understand that their energy bill or heating bill is gonna rise. And that is a direct issue with the African-American Community.”

“The reason I still oppose him is my mother is from the Soviet Union,” said Alexander Dan’lyan, owner of a Financial Services Company. “My grandfather was a LIFELONG member of the Communist Party of the U.S.S.R.. My grandfather’s policies are THE EXACT SAME POLICIES OF THOSE OF BARACK OBAMA. And there’s no way I would come to America, where I can be anything that I want to be – all I have to do is try – and have a guy…who is now in the White House who says, ‘listen, all you have to do is sit back, relax, and we are going to redistribute your wealth. That is nonsense. People who want that can MOVE TO FRANCE, CUBA – to wherever - NOT HERE.

“These policies (socialism) are RACIST,” said Kevin Jackson, author of ‘The Big Black Lie.’

“We have to EXPOSE THE DIABOLICAL AGENDA of liberalism,” said participant Lisa Fritsch, another radio talk show host. “It’s CORRUPTING THE BLACK COMMUNITY.” She said she “used to think” the Liberal Agenda was “just well-intentioned.” But she said that “when you read a statistic that shows you that 90% of black children will at some point in their life receive food stamps, and the liberal platform supports this, but REJECTS AND OPPOSES the idea of giving black kids VOUCHERS to GO TO A BETTER SCHOOL and lift themselves out of that cycle,” that is not well-intentioned.

“You should wake up every day and thank God that you wake up in America,” said Jibreel Riley, a student. He said blacks should be thankful that “you are an American, because you got places like Detroit Michigan, Gary Indiana…and you’ll see what liberalism has done.”

“I wouldn’t be the man that I am if it wasn’t for conservatism…being conservative is about liberty, and liberty is what my soul breathes,” said Rafiq Jennings, a Data Specialist.

“The heart of the issue is the income tax,” said Robert Boradus, a Computer Programmer. “The income tax is what allows the government to practise NEPOTISM and CRONYISM and spread the wealth around. That is the SOURCE OF COMMUNISM. It goes back to the Progressive Movement…we have to get rid of that and repeal the income tax.”

“Once you become conservative, your NO LONGER ‘BLACK,” explained participant Khalid Thomas, a Guest Services Attendant. “We all know what that’s about,” Thomas said to the mostly agreeing audience.

“But David Webb, co-founder of Tea Party 365, said “there’s only ONE RACE - human. After that, your hyphenating everything.”
