Nowhere does a person who enlists in the United States military ever pledge allegiance to “diversity.” Instead, they take an oath to DEFEND THE U.S. CONSTITUTION against ENEMIES both foreign AND domestic.

But that’s not what’s on the mind of U.S. Army chief of staff George Casey, who told CNN that he’s deeply worried “that the speculation could cause something that we don’t want to see happen.”
Just what is “going to happen” if we defend the Constitution against enemies that attack us, Mr. Casey?
This asinine jerk also had the audacity to say “It would be a shame …if our diversity became a casualty as well,” Casey said.

Is our U.S. military now in the business of protecting “diversity,” instead of protecting the Constitution? Just what is the purpose of our military, anyway? Is it to push a concept of political correctness with a term that is wholly subjective so that Muslims won’t attack us even more than what Hasan has already done?
Casey told ABC that focusing on Hasan’s religious roots might “heighten the backlash.” What? The whole reason why this man committed this terrorist act was his RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. I believe multiple ‘heads need to role’ throughout the military - hopefully started with Mr. Casey’s.
According to this article, “one of the injured, Pfc. Najee Hull, 21, told his brother the shooter came at him, shouting, ‘God is great!’ in Arabic before firing, the brother said. “He was crawling when Hasan shot him twice in the back,” Nate Hull said.
The evidence so far indicates that our own government knew YEARS AGO about the radical connections of the radical Muslim fanatic, Nadal Hasan, the terrorist who slaughtered a pregnant woman, someone getting a flu shot, and others at the Fort Hood military base in Texas.

Hasan attended the very same mosque at the very same time as the hijackers in 2001 when it was led by Anwar al-Awlaki, a radical American-born Yemeni imam. Awlaki left the US the following year, eventually going to Yemen, where he seeks to radicalize Muslims in America with radical online lectures. Monday it was learned Hasan had been in contact with Awlak within the last year.
In a posting on his website on Monday, headed “Nidal Hasan Did The Right Thing,” Awlak said Hasan had carried out a “heroic and virtuous” act. He also said the only way a Muslim could justify serving in the US Army was to “follow in the footsteps of Nidal Hasan.”
He said: “Nidal Hasan is a hero. He is a man of conscience who could not bear the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people.”
According to this article, “intelligence officers are said to have known months ago about Hasan’s attempts to reach the terror network through the internet but decided to monitor him, hoping it would lead them to al-Qaeda operatives. It was thought Hasan might lead them to a ‘big fish’ and there was no indication he was about to carry out an attack of his own, one source said.”

And this article: “The Wall Street Journal reports that federal intelligence agencies knew of his contacts with an extremist imam who recruits for al-Qaeda — somewhere between 10 and 20 emails, along with other red flags, and they neglected to alert the Army.”
But according to this article, “Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-MI), the ranking Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said that he requested the CIA and other intelligence agencies brief the committee on what was known, if anything, about Hasan by the U.S. intelligence community, only to be refused.”
And as further evidence that there were red warning flags surrounding this fanatic for YEARS, Nisan even had a 50-page power point presentation to fellow Army doctors in 2007. Hasan said the military should give Muslim soldiers the option not to fight to “decrease adverse events.”
“It’s getting harder and harder for Muslims in the service to morally justify being in a military that constantly engaged against fellow Muslims,” Hasan said in the presentation, which according to this article, was obtained by the Washington Post.
And on the ”comments” page in the presentation, Hasan wrote “We love life death more then (sic) you love life!” He also warned that “If Muslim groups can convince Muslims that they are fighting for God against injustices of the “infidels”; i.e. enemies of Islam, then Muslims can become a potent adversary i.e.: suicide bombing etc.”
According to this article, “the Army was informed of Hasan’s contact, but it is unclear what, if anything, the Army did in response.”
“Awlaki is known as a senior recruiter for al Qaeda,” said former FBI agent Brad Garrett. “He would be the spiritual motivator. Almost like someone you would go to and say, ‘this is what I’m thinking about doing.’ And they join in and encourage you and basically help you rationalize your behavior.”
“If this guy is in contact with American citizens, it is something that should have raised major red flags,” said Hoekstra.
According to his site, Awlaki served as an Muslim imam in Denver, San Diego and Falls Church, Virginia.
ABC is also reporting that the Telegraph of London reported that Awlaki had made contact with two of the 9/11 hijackers when he was in San Diego.
This article says, “A fellow officer says he fought his deployment to Iraq and argued with soldiers who supported U.S. wars.”
Sen. Joe Lieberman called the Fort Hood massacre an act of “Islamist extremism.”
“There are very, very strong warning signs here that Dr. Hasan had become an Islamist extremist and, therefore, that this was a terrorist act,” Lieberman (I-Conn) told Fox News on Sunday.
“I consider this an act of terrorism,” said state legislator Sid Miller, who represents Fort Hood. “He didn’t just snap.”
Hasan was born in the U.S. to Palestinian parents who emigrated from Jordan.
According to this article, “Osman Danquah, co-founder of the Islamic Community of Greater Killeen, said he was deeply troubled by two conversations with Maj. Nidal Hasan over the summer. Hasan, a psychiatrist, seemed incoherent and obsessed with the question of what to tell soldiers about fighting fellow Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan.”
“But what if a person gets in and feels that it’s just not right?” Danquah recalls Hasan asking.
“I told him, ‘There’s something wrong with you,’” Danquah said.
And according to this web site: “You take turns giving a lecture on, you know, the correct treatment of schizophrenia, the right drugs to prescribe for personality disorder, you know, that sort of thing. But instead of giving an academic paper, he gave a lecture on the Koran, and they said it didn’t seem to be just an informational lecture, but it seemed to be his own beliefs. That’s what a lot of people thought.”
Listen to what this part of the article says: “They, you know, dozens of medical staff come into an auditorium, and somebody stands at the podium at the front and gives a lecture about some academic issue, you know, what drugs to prescribe for what condition. But instead of that, he – Hasan apparently gave a long lecture on the Koran and talked about how if you don’t believe, you are condemned to hell. Your head is cut off. You’re set on fire. Burning oil is burned down your throat.”
The article also says this: “The psychiatrist I talked to today said that he was the kind of guy who the staff actually stood around in the hallway, saying: Do you think he’s a terrorist, or is he just weird? And now, apparently, Walter Reed is in a lockdown mode where they’ve been instructed – all the staff has been instructed: Do not talk to anybody about this investigation, except military people. Do not talk to the FBI, because they’re afraid, potentially, what if people decide investigating this that people missed potential warning signs about the guy?”
This article says, “A senior government official tells ABC News that investigators have found that alleged Fort Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan had “more unexplained connections to people being tracked by the FBI” than just radical cleric Anwar al Awlaki.”
According to this article, “Farooqi and other Muslim leaders in Killeen strongly condemned the shooting as a “cowardly attack” that cannot be justified or excused by any ‘religious or political ideology.’”
“The attack was particularly heinous in that it targeted the all-volunteer Army that protects our nation,” mosque leaders said in a statement.
Seems like these Muslim leaders know a radical Islamofascist when they see one. I wish Casey did, too.
In other news, Imams preach jihad and extremism in 10 percent of the 2,000 mosques in the United States, the FBI estimates.

And finally, Exclusive: ‘Muslim Mafia’ Author Talks to FSM about the Fort Hood Massacre
BTW, President Obama refers to Hasan’s murderous spree as a “tragedy.” But I believe the real TRAGEDY of the entire episode is that our military IGNORED MANY RED FLAGS that kept an Islamic Jihadist Terrorists with sympathy for al-Qaeda and Islamic terrorist attacks against the United States in the military long enough to carry out an Islamic Jihadist Attack against our troops.
TIDBIT: An unscientific Fox News poll – Do you think the Fort Hood massacre was an act of terror or a horrific crime?
- Act of terror – 93%
- Horrific crime – 6%
- Undecided – 1%
